Full Time
Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare and analyse monthly profit and loss statements, reports, and
forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgets and
forecasts,
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, including preparing and
posting journal entries and reconciling ledger accounts.
• Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable
(A/R) functions to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital.
Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Assist in the development of the annual operating plan,
• Collaborate with various functions managers to collect and consolidate budget
submissions.
• Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making
(e.g., CAPEX, new projects).
Compliance and Internal Controls
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial policies
and procedures GST / TDS / other taxes
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits and provide
necessary documentation and audit schedules,
People Management
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior finance staff.
• Serve as a key liaison between the finance department and other
departments, as well as external stakeholders (auditors, banks).Role & responsibilities
