Job Description

As an Assistant Manager Facilities - Technical, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of building facilities. Your key responsibilities include: - Regularly monitoring and ensuring that all tickets are closed within the Turnaround Time (TAT). - Following safety procedures, preparing work permits, and providing utilities for projects. - Monitoring troubleshooting of all systems and supporting CAMC visits. - Ensuring power availability and supply 24/7, 365 days a year in the property. - Managing the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) scope of projects to ensure quality deliverables within stipulated timeframes. - Monitoring all treatment plants (STP, WTP & RO) and conducting periodic testing for installations through authorized agencies. - Assisting the Site Lead in comprehensive property, contract, and procurement management for technical services. - Conducting technical audits for all installations at periodical intervals. - Reviewing maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices aligned with manufacturer recommendations. - Planning and taking responsibility for smooth operations of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations, and Civil works. - Developing maintenance schedules and shutdown plans in consultation with Clients / OEMs. - Ensuring zero downtime and implementing practices for seamless service delivery to clients. - Monitoring water consumption and planning for AMCs of engineering equipment in advance. - Participating in Property management initiatives and conducting daily audits of M&E processes. - Ensuring proper reconciliation of inventory of materials, diesel, and consumables at the site periodically. - Handling any technical issues at the site and preparing M&E budget for every financial year. - Coordinating with projects for completion of snags, identification of new snags, and incomplete jobs. - Maintaining 5S and Digitization compliance, critical fire equipment, FAS panels, and safety equipment. - Managing handover and takeover of client spaces, conducting contractor monitoring meetings, and advising on critical technical requirements. - Ensuring M&E personnel maintain uniform and personal hygiene standards. - Preparing the 52-week PPM schedule and Training schedule. Qualification Required: - Electrical Engineering degree - 4-6 years of experience in Building Facilities (High/Low Side) Please note that this role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure the efficient functioning of building facilities.,
