Job Description

Taxation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of direct and indirect taxation and practical experience in handling assessment department audits
Financial Preparation: Extensive knowledge of IND-AS and experience with financial preparation (including 85/PNJ Cashflow)
Costing Processes: Implement and manage costing processes at the business level, including the finalization of cost audits
Budgeting & Long-Term Strategy: Oversee budgeting and the preparation of long-term financial strategies to ensure the business meets its financial objectives
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory control to optimize resources and reduce waste
Process Strengthening: Support efforts to strengthen processes at the unit level, improving operational efficiency
Quality & Cost Improvement: Focus on improving the quality of work and reducing fatigue costs at the unit level to increase profitability
Cost Process Strengthening: Strengthen and streamline costing processes to ensure financial stability and efficiency

Required Candidate Profile:

Strong expertise in taxation, financial preparation, and costing audits
Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and improving operational processes
Ability to contribute to long-term strategy and cost process improvement
