We are looking for a strategic and process-driven Recruitment Manager who can lead end-to-end talent acquisition while enhancing recruitment systems, metrics, and candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing strategies, employer branding, recruitment data management, and stakeholder management to drive quality hiring and workforce planning at scale. Role & Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy & Execution Lead end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring process consistency, timely closures, and quality hires. Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pipelines. Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce requirements Drive structured interview processes with clearly defined evaluation frameworks and interview training. Maintain a high standard of candidate experience from application through onboarding. Recruitment Systems & Automation Evaluate, implement, and optimize ATS and recruitment tools to streamline hiring workflows. Automate recruitment reporting, candidate tracking, and communication to reduce manual efforts. Integrate recruitment platforms with HRMS for seamless onboarding and data accuracy. Leverage recruitment analytics and dashboards to monitor key hiring metrics (TAT, source mix, offer drop-offs). Employer Branding & Talent Engagement Strengthen employer branding through social media, career pages, employee stories, and campaigns. Plan and execute talent engagement initiatives (campus drives, hiring events, referral drives, webinars). Collaborate with marketing/communications for consistent employer messaging and visual identity. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Partner with business and hiring managers to drive clarity in role expectations and selection criteria. Manage recruitment vendors and agencies contracts, performance tracking, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure timely feedback loops, communication, and alignment between recruitment and business teams. Compliance, Documentation & Reporting Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal, policy, and audit requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring trackers, offer letters, Generate monthly dashboards and reports hiring status, diversity metrics, source performance, etc. Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role: 4 to 5 years of experience required Post-Graduate in HR or related field Strong expertise in HR operations, process automation, and HR technology (HRMS, payroll software, analytics tools). Proven experience in optimizing and digitizing HR workflows. Excellent skills in data management, compliance reporting, and HR analytics. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills Hands-on experience with attendance systems, payroll automation, and HRMS upgrades
