We're on the hunt for an ACD Art whos equal parts design thinker, team leader, and hands-on executor. Someone who can translate strategy into stunning visuals, lead design conversations with clients, and elevate the creative output across digital, social, and integrated campaigns. If you are a digital first thinker, are always on the scroll, love the craft, live on design blogs, and can crack a scroll-stopping Instagram post as effortlessly as a full-blown brand campaignread on. Role & Responsibilities: Creative & Design Leadership Lead visual ideation for digital-first campaigns, social content, product launches, brand films, self-shot reels and more. Define the art direction and visual tone for BAU and projectsright from pitch to execution. Collaborate with the Copy ACD/CD to build compelling and cohesive creative narratives. Execution & Oversight Oversee the design process end-to-end: briefing, conceptualization, reviews, and delivery. Push for pixel-perfect execution across formatsstatic, video, motion, web, and mobile. Maintain high visual standards while meeting client goals and timelines. Mentoring & Team Development Mentor junior designers and art directorssharpen their craft, encourage experimentation, and provide constructive feedback. Conduct regular reviews and share knowledge on design trends, tools, and best Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients. Work closely with strategy, copy, tech, account management, and media to bring ideas to life seamlessly. Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role: 8-10 years of design experience, with the last 2-3 years in a digital-first or integrated creative agency. A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social content, branding, and integrated work. Good English Communication skills both spoken and written. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation design tools. Experience with motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or a strong eye for animation. Proficiency in AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALLE, etc.) Exposure to shoots, branding projects, or tech/product-based campaigns. Ability to lead photo/video shoots and guide post-production when needed. A keen understanding of digital platforms, social behaviours, and visual storytelling. Excellent sense of typography, layout, colour theory, and UI/UX basics.
