Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead, coach, and manage the AP team handling settlement and expense reimbursement tasks. Allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Settlement Processing:
Oversee the review, validation, and processing of vendor and internal settlements using Hyland OnBase and Workday. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Expense Reimbursement Management:
Supervise the processing of employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursements through Workday.
Exception & Discrepancy Handling:
Manage exceptions related to settlements and expense claims. Coordinate with employees, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities to streamline settlement and reimbursement workflows, utilizing automation features in Hyland OnBase and Workday.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare regular reports on settlement and reimbursement status, exceptions, and team performance. Ensure all activities adhere to audit standards and company compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth processing of settlements and expense reimbursements.
Training & Development:
Provide ongoing training and support to team members on Hyland OnBase and Workday functionalities related to settlements and expense reimbursements.
