Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support day-to-day engineering operations on the shop floor.
Ensure high uptime of filling, packaging, and manufacturing lines (Perfume, Aerosol, Cream, Sachet, Tube)
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and instrumentation issues.
Manage breakdowns, conduct RCA, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance in coordination with Production.
Lead a team of electricians and mechanical engineers for efficient task execution.
Maintain maintenance systems, inspections, and inventory control.
Work on pneumatic systems, drives, sensors, controllers, and automation equipment.
Drive in-house modifications, improvements, and development projects.
Conduct machine trials, equipment testing, and operator training.
Ensure engineering documentation and compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Promote safety culture aligned with TPM practices.
