Role Overview: As part of the Global Mobility team at LSEG, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational delivery of Global Mobility and immigration activities for a defined population. You will provide advice, interpretation, and guidance on global mobility matters, HR policies, practices, and processes to the business, escalating more complex issues to the Global Mobility Centre of Expertise as needed. Additionally, you will contribute to global mobility projects as a team member and manage employee relations policies related to global mobility. Key Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day operational delivery of Global Mobility and immigration activities for a defined population. - Provide advice, interpretation, and guidance on global mobility matters, HR policies, practices, and processes to the business, escalating more complex issues to the Global Mobility Centre of Expertise as appropriate. - Contribute to global mobility projects as a team member with ownership of certain project elements. - Manage employee relations policies and procedures related to global mobility, escalating to Global Mobility Centre of Expertise as needed. - Update and maintain global mobility databases, liaising with the wider operations team on system updates. - Manage work/case allocation for global mobility operations team, ensuring resolution in accordance with defined KPIs and SLAs. - Act as an escalation point for Senior Associates for complex global mobility matters, supervising a team of Senior Associates and Associates. - Work with Global Mobility leaders and business partnering colleagues to manage HR process, policy, and system updates. - Monitor global mobility and immigration performance measures to improve team performance and quality. - Identify service delivery issues and recommend solutions, working in partnership with Global Mobility Centre of Expertise to manage vendor relationships. - Lead team management and engagement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: - Degree or equivalent and/or relevant qualification including previous HR experience. - 10-12 years of experience, particularly in Global Mobility operations. - Proven experience in leading teams within global and domestic mobility operations in a multinational corporation. - Experience working closely with external partners, such as relocation service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
