The Capturing Factory is a powerhouse of creative production, working across multiple premium brands in photography, film, content creation, and events. We are now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive who lives and breathes ads — and can turn budgets into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns — our #1 priority.

• Manage Google Ads campaigns (secondary focus, but still important).

• Create engaging ad creatives using Canva and basic video editing tools.

• Write compelling ad copy and optimize content for conversions.

• Generate high-quality leads across multiple brands under The Capturing Factory umbrella.

• Track performance, analyze results, and deliver weekly reports on KPIs & ROI.

• Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, videos, and other marketing content.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform changes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience in running & optimizing paid ad campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; working knowledge of Google Ads.

• Creative thinker with skills in Canva, video ads, and ad copywriting.

• Understanding of audience targeting, budgeting, and conversion tracking.

• Bonus: Familiarity with social media strategy, email marketing, and list building.

• Data-driven mindset with an eye for creative details.

• Immediate availability to join our Mumbai office.
