JOB role and responsibilities:
Dimensional and Visual Inspection of jobs
NDT of jobs
Ensuring completeness of job including BOM verification
Document verification for raw material
Document verification and communication.
On time Inspection Report preparation
In-Process Inspection
Maintaining Rejection, Rework record
Customer communication pertaining to Job inspection requirements
Customer inspection handling
Inspection of jobs at Sub vendor location
Expediting and supporting the Service welding and wear plate shop team for timely execution of jobs
WPS, PQR, WPQ, etc review and preparation (as and when required)
Record maintenance as per requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 pertaining to the Quality Assurance Dept
Raw material inspection and verification of MTCs for incoming material (as and when required)
KAIZEN
Reporting of NCs pertaining to quality and safety.
