Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for injectable products.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor material availability and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Prepare and review production and inventory reports, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure effective utilization of resources, equipment, and manpower to meet production targets.
Maintain compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards in all PPIC activities.
Support capacity planning, material requirement planning (MRP), and scheduling of batches.
Collaborate with the procurement team for timely material procurement based on production plans.
Review and control WIP (Work in Progress), raw materials, and finished goods stock.
