Group Credit Life- Death Claims
Handling end to end process of Group Claims, Reconsideration Claims, Litigation Claims, Rider Claims from intimation to settlement as per the guidelines issued by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA).
Ensuring end to end TAT from Claim intimation to payout dates for all the Death claims.
Liaison with Branch Offices, Investigators, Hospitals, Doctors, Competitor Insurance Companies, & Various Internal Departments for issues related to claim processing and claim settlement.
Claims Reconsideration Cases (CRC): Prepare the claims reconsideration case studies and present to CRC/Appeals committee members.
Handling representation cases received from the Insurance Ombudsman, Consumer Forum, Court of Law, etc. & Unconcluded Contract Claims.
Compliance and execution of legal orders.
Identifying Gaps in Claims process and Claims System and provide solution/approach.
Handling System development related activity i.e BRD drafting, Understanding Test Scenarios, Conducting UAT etc.
