Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed

  financial analysis

  , due diligence, and manage

  debt financing

  and treasury activities.
• Prepare and review

  CMA data

  financial projections

  , and

  cash flow models

  for banks and financial institutions.
• Coordinate and respond to

  lender queries

  with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in

  negotiating and finalizing debt facilities

  , including documentation and closure.
• Ensure compliance with

  debt covenants

  reporting requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  banks, rating agencies, and financial stakeholders

• Provide analytical insights to support

  strategic financing decisions

• Monitor and optimize

What We're Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with 2

  4 years

  of experience in

  Treasury, Debt Management, or Corporate Finance

  .
• Strong skills in

  financial analysis, modeling, and projections

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  CMA preparation

  , due diligence, and financial documentation.
• Deep understanding of

  banking processes

  compliance frameworks

• Excellent
