Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy formulation and execution.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets through customer and agency visits.

Ability to monitor and report performance against set parameters.

Knowledge of legal guidelines related to debt management and product repossession.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Experience in handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.

Expertise in DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Experience with case-to-case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines.

Strong skills in portfolio management, debt collection strategy, and risk management.

Demonstrated achievement of targets and regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Leadership experience in managing teams and vendors.

Excellent coordination skills with internal and external clients.
