 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - SME 
 Job Purpose 
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy formulation and execution.
  • Target achievement.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinating with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collections targets through customer and agency visits.
  • Ability to monitor and report performance against set parameters.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines related to debt management and product repossession.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Experience in handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Expertise in DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Experience with case-to-case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Strong skills in portfolio management, debt collection strategy, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated achievement of targets and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and vendors.
  • Excellent coordination skills with internal and external clients.
