Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt management or collections, preferably in the SME sector.

Strong understanding of regulatory and legal guidelines related to debt collection.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage and analyze large portfolios.

Experience in strategy development for improving collection rates.

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Proficiency in reporting and risk analysis.

Ability to coordinate with vendors and clients effectively.
