Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager Customer Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting the SCMM to achieve NSV and market share objectives. Your responsibilities will include executing customer marketing plans at an outlet level, ensuring effective brand communication, managing promotions, and overseeing documentation to facilitate smooth plan implementation. You will also be involved in engaging with consumers and customers at outlets, multitasking to handle complex challenges, and identifying new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Extensive travelling to different outlets and markets - Visiting outlets during activations and engaging with consumers and customers - Multitasking and dealing with complex challenges effectively - Constantly scouting for new opportunities Areas of Responsibility: 1. Outlet Management - Conducting market recee and finalizing outlets with the Sales team - Ensuring installation maintenance and upkeep at vendor outlets - Implementing promotional elements and gifts at outlets as per activity calendar - Developing innovations in signage elements and collating necessary documentation 2. Brand Communication and Visibility - Coordinating with vendors for signage execution - Tracking and monitoring visibility execution - Using outlets to drive brand visibility and demand through activations 3. Budget - Coordinating with manpower agency for activities - Ensuring accurate budget spend at the state level 4. Analytics - Monitoring and reporting performance to Customer Marketing Manager - Providing feedback to regional marketing and sales teams for improvement 5. Training Promoters for Optimum Performance - Training and developing third-party execution force - Aligning sales team to marketing activity and standards Qualifications Required: - MBA in Sales and Marketing Experience and Skills: - 2-4 years experience in FMCG/Alco-Bev sales - Planning, execution, and review skills - Analytical, reasoning, and communication skills - Collaboration, ROI orientation, and vendor management skills - Creativity and training promoters in outlets If you are passionate about marketing, brand communication, and customer engagement, and possess the required qualifications and skills, this Assistant Manager Customer Marketing role could be an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the success of a leading premium drinks company.
