Job Description

Role Overview: As a State Customer Marketing Executive at our company, your main role is to support the State Customer Marketing Manager in achieving the NSV and market share objectives. You will be responsible for the execution of customer marketing plans at an outlet level, ensuring effective brand communication, accurate M&E, running promotion schemes, promotor/vendor management, capability building, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market recee with Sales team to evaluate and finalize the outlets - Ensure installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, acknowledge and clear bills as per PO - Finalize beat for outlet mapping and deployment of promotional elements and gifts as per Activity calendar - Innovate in Signage Elements such as racks, main shop signage, gondolas, etc. - Collate and update TSEs & TLs monthly Scores in online & offline Portal - Supervise contracts for rental outlets and get legal team approval - Ensure accurate documentation, supervision, and monitoring of stock register, bills, POs, etc. - Plan and execute POSMs, Display Units, shelf shares for branding and merchandising - Help SCMM develop brand communication options at various channels - Co-ordinate with vendors for signage execution in the state - Execute visibility strategy and monitor execution - Coordinate with the manpower agency for activities like claim settlement - Monitor and report performance to Customer Marketing Manager for actionable improvements - Provide feedback to the regional marketing team and sales team based on competitor analysis - Train promoters for optimum performance through on-the-job training and scheduled training calendar - Induct and train promoters as per incentive schemes Qualifications Required: - MBA in Sales and Marketing - 2-7 years experience in FMCG/Alco-Bev sales - Skills in planning, execution, and review - Analytical and reasoning skills - Communication and negotiation skills - ROI Orientation - Vendor Management Company Additional Details: Diversity is a key aspect of our company's values and culture.
