Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing, you will support the SCMM in delivering the NSV and market share objectives. Your role will involve executing customer marketing plans at an outlet level, ensuring effective brand communication, accurate M&E, running promotion schemes, promotor/vendor management, capability building, and managing all documentation for smooth plan implementation. Your responsibilities will include outlet management, brand communication and visibility, budget coordination, analytics monitoring, and training promoters for optimum performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market recee with Sales team to evaluate and finalize the outlets - Ensure installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, clearance of bills, and deployment of promotional elements - Develop and innovate signage elements for outlets - Supervise contracts for rental outlets and ensure accurate documentation - Co-ordinate with vendors for brand communication options and visibility strategy execution - Track budget spend at the state level - Monitor and report performance, provide feedback for improvement based on competitor analysis - Train promoters for optimum performance and ensure alignment with marketing activity standards Qualifications Required: - Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing - Experience: 2-4 years experience in FMCG/Alco-Bev sales - Knowledge & skills: Planning, execution, and review; Analytical & reasoning skills; Communication & negotiation skills; ROI Orientation; Vendor Management - Best suited for someone who believes in perfection in execution, spends majority of time in the market, and is good at networking Company Details: The company's ambition is to create the best performing, most trusted, and respected consumer products companies globally.
