As an Assistant Manager - Customer Innovation Dairy at AAK, your role will involve being responsible for product development and applications related to Dairy and its analogues in alignment with the strategic and tactical requirements of AAK and in close coordination with relevant stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and optimize new and improved products, processes, and applications. - Offer new proactive activities reflecting the needs and priorities of global and regional strategies. - Co-manage the opportunity pipeline with sales, ensuring active opportunity management and pipeline leadership. - Contribute as an active member of the India-Go-To-Market team in developing and driving the strategy and tactical value propositions of offerings. - Support application development, solutions, and be part of the R&D team for developing new products and prototypes. - Provide proactive customer innovation support within the Indian Business segment. - Ensure the robustness of solutions from lab to pilot to production and facilitate efficient sampling to customers. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation/Postgraduation in Food Technology or related fields like Food Science, Food Processing, etc. Preference for candidates with a background in Dairy Technology. - 5-8 years of experience in the dairy industry, particularly in R&D and industrial setups of products such as Frozen Desserts, Ice-Cream Coating (Dips), Various Dairy analogues, etc. - Fluency in English language and the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration. - Knowledge of the Oil & Fat industry would be advantageous.
