1. Data Collection & Management: o Gather, monitor, and manage data related to ESG and HSE across Companys operations, including offices, warehouses, and retail stores. o Ensure accurate and timely data collection for various reporting purposes, including regulatory requirements and management presentations. 2. MIS & Reporting: o Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to track key HSE/ESG metrics, performance indicators, and progress on projects. o Analyze data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve ESG/HSE performance. 3. Project Management: o Lead and execute various ESG and HSE projects, ensuring alignment with Companys goals and compliance with industry standards. o Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring timely completion and effective delivery of outcomes. o Drive initiatives to promote sustainability, safety, and compliance across all business units. 4. Coordination & Collaboration: o Serve as the primary point of contact for ESG/HSE matters, coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and assurance partners. o Work closely with functional leads, including Operations, Facilities, and Compliance teams, to ensure seamless integration of HSE/ESG goals. o Support cross-functional teams to implement ESG/HSE strategies and initiatives effectively. 5. ESG/HSE Framework & Compliance: o Stay updated on the latest ESG and HSE frameworks, standards, and regulations. o Ensure Companys policies and practices align with ESG and HSE guidelines, helping the company meet its sustainability goals and regulatory obligations. o Assist in internal and external audits, providing the necessary data and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. 6. Presentations & Stakeholder Communication: o Prepare detailed presentations to showcase ESG/HSE outcomes, progress, and key metrics to management and stakeholders. o Communicate complex ESG/HSE data and insights in a clear, concise manner for decision-makers. 7. Consultant & Partner Coordination: o Collaborate with external ESG/HSE consultants, auditors, and assurance partners to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with industry best practices. o Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to drive the effective implementation of ESG/HSE initiatives.
