Assistant Manager (Channel Partner Sales)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Senior Executive /Assistant Manager (Sales) for Project Sales in Gurgaon, Haryana. As part of our Channel Development team, your key responsibilities will include sourcing, empanelling, managing, and retaining channel partners. Your impact in this role will involve conducting market research and surveys to understand the target group, identifying potential channel partners, delivering successful Business Opportunity presentations, conducting site visits, empanelling qualified channel partners, completing necessary documentation, training and grooming the channel partners team, assisting in the first few customer site visits, and ensuring daily updates on Salesforce software. To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience post-qualification, the ability to work independently or with limited supervision, a high willingness and ability to learn, leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach, and the skill to delve deep into issues and provide structure to unstructured problems and issues. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday.
