Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager- Campus Relations at Godrej, your primary role will be to represent the brand at top business schools in India and contribute to the development of a future-ready leadership pipeline. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Talent Sourcing: - Collaborating with business teams to identify exceptional talent from premier business schools. - Overseeing end-to-end campus recruitment and assessments to ensure smooth execution and gain valuable insights. - Execution Excellence: - Ensuring flawless implementation of campus initiatives in line with stakeholder expectations. - Assessing and managing vendors to guarantee high-quality delivery for campus programs. - Employer Brand & Culture: - Acting as a brand ambassador for Godrej on various campus engagement platforms. - Creating an exceptional candidate experience through recruitment, onboarding, internships, inductions, and training. - Strategic Partnerships: - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with placement committees, faculty, and alumni networks. - Collaborating with business teams to customize campus strategies to fulfill unique talent requirements. - Campus Engagement & Events: - Leading captivating campus initiatives like masterclasses, pre-placement talks, online activations, and offline events. - Working with the design team to execute impactful social media campaigns and innovative campus activations. - Admin & Reporting: - Maintaining detailed records of all campus activities, events, and assessments. Qualifications Required: - Full-Time MBA/PGDM/Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in campus recruitment and employer branding role.
