Assistant Manager - Business Banking-Virtual Relationship Manager SME

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager Business Banking VRM at Mashreq Business Banking, your main responsibility will be to successfully lead and grow the Business Banking Neobiz & Micro segment for the Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Channel. You will assist the management in formulating business strategy for Neobiz & Micro and work closely with proposition, finance, and investment advisory teams to ensure successful delivery of the strategy. Additionally, you will be managing a team of Business Banking Virtual Relationship Managers and providing effective leadership to them through coaching.
