Job Role: Tehsil BDM – Rooftop Solar Appoint & manage 5- 10 local commission agents for lead generation Follow up daily with agents and replace underperformers Call leads, explain solar systems, and convert them into customers Collect customer documents and site photos for proposals and loans Upload and manage loan/subsidy documents on government portals Follow up with banks/NBFCs and customers for loan approval & payment Coordinate with DISCOM offices and support site verification visits Assist design team with rooftop photos and site measurements Supervise installations and share daily progress with central team Explain system use to customers and collect feedback Submit daily report to district/state-level management Perform any other miscellaneous tasks assigned at tehsil level Experience in telecom, finance, insurance, or solar preferred
