Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the railway sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, suppliers, and key clients.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Negotiate and finalize contracts to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Track industry developments, policies, and competitor activities to guide business strategies.
Prepare, present, and deliver business proposals, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Business Administration, Engineering
, or a related field;
MBA
preferred.
4–5 years
of proven experience in
business development
within the
railway industry
.
In-depth knowledge of
railway regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
.
Demonstrated success in achieving
sales and revenue targets
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
Strong
analytical thinking and problem-solving
abilities.
Ability to work
independently
as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to
travel across India
as required.
