Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for an Assistant Manager - Banquet Sales. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating banquet events, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. Daily tasks include overseeing event planning and execution, liaising with clients, managing banquet staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role also involves collaborating with the catering sales team to develop promotional strategies and enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and exceptional communication skills
• Sales Management and Sales abilities with a focus on achieving revenue targets
• Catering Sales and Event Planning experience
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple events simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in hospitality or related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
