Assistant Manager - Architect Urban Designer

As an Architect Urban Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of Conceptual Development Proposals related to land use and infrastructure. This includes conducting project area analysis using primary and secondary information, as well as preparing drawings, documents, presentations, and reports for discussions with senior management. You will also be required to conduct field visits and assist in planning proposal reviews in compliance with statutory guidelines, Acts, applicable Rules & Regulations. Additionally, your role will involve surveying land and buildings, analyzing their current use, and providing recommendations for future development. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is essential for converting your vision into technical drawings.
