Assistant Manager - Analytics

As a Data Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in understanding the data requirements of various teams and developing solutions to enable data-backed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with teams across the company to understand their data requirements and develop solutions for making data-backed decisions. - Developing a deep understanding of business performance and generating strategic insights to influence decision-making. - Coordinating with key business stakeholders to identify and solve business problems using strong analytics concepts. - Identifying key metrics, conducting thorough exploratory data analysis, creating executive-facing dashboards, and building business cases to drive decision-making and prioritization. - Synthesizing large volumes of data with attention to granular details and presenting findings and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you must have: - 2-5 years of relevant experience with a strong blend of analytics and soft skills. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA, B.Tech) from a top-tier college. - Strong understanding of database designs and ETL principles. - Hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R. - Experience working with analytics tools like Power BI and Google Analytics to build dashboards and performance scorecards. - Strong capability to understand business problems within the context of an Omni Channel Retail and utilize data to solve them. - Strong stakeholder management skills, assertively managing expectations and negotiating. - Good-to-have experience with e-commerce or product-based organizations. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.,
