Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales budgets and manage receivables as per company norms Increase market share and drive new market expansion Ensure product availability at the right time and right place Improve distribution network and develop new dealers/distributors Motivate channel partners for deeper market penetration Plan and execute sales promotions and branding initiatives as per budget Conduct periodic reconciliation of accounts with Head Office Coordinate with plants to ensure uninterrupted material supply Review and analyze customer needs to drive future sales strategy Monitor competition on pricing, products, and merchandising trends Track and report market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity Identify and evaluate changes in products, services, and policies Regularly update product and market knowledge Maintain and strengthen relationships with key channel partners Address customer issues in collaboration with internal teams Ensure timely deliveries and update sales entries in SAP Provide insights to Zonal Head and Product Managers for strategic decisions Required Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Expertise in dealer/distributor/channel management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Exposure to aftermarket products and automotive sector is preferred
