Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Standalone and Consolidated).
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Coordinate with external and Internal auditors and manage the audit process.

Accounting Operations:

Managing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
Timely vendor payments and investment of ideal funds.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures.

Compliance and Regulations:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND AS) and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Prepare GST and TDS reconciliation and ensure filing of returns on or before due dates.

Systems and Processes:

Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and software.
Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

CA (2-3 year experience) or a semi qualified candidate with 6-8 years of core experience in accounts finalization.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
