Job Description

Front Desk Management: Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes professionally and efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction. Supervise front desk operations, ensuring proper staff behavior and grooming. Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution. Staff Supervision: Supervise housekeeping, bell desk, and front office staff. Prepare and manage shift rosters for front desk and support staff. Ensure SOPs are followed in guest handling and room readiness. Conduct briefings and coordinate with other departments. Sales & Upselling: Promote in-house services (dining, activities, local tours). Convert walk-ins inquiries to bookings.
