Assistant Logistics Manager

You will be joining our team as a highly organized and proactive Logistics and MIS professional. Your main responsibilities will include managing B2B & B2C logistics operations, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring effective communication and follow-ups with vendors. It is essential that you are proficient in preparing detailed Excel reports and have experience in handling appointment-based and quick commerce logistics. In this role, you will be coordinating and overseeing B2B logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. You will also be managing appointment-based logistics and quick commerce logistics to efficiently meet customer demands. Maintaining strong communication and follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions. Your duties will also include preparing and maintaining detailed MIS reports to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement. You will utilize Excel to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and perform data analysis. Collaboration with channel partners to ensure smooth logistics operations is crucial. Effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to provide updates and promptly resolve any issues are also important aspects of this role. The qualifications required for this position include a minimum graduation degree. The desired candidate should have proven experience in logistics management and MIS reporting, with a preference for experience in handling appointment-based and quick commerce logistics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a Mid Level.
