Assistant IB PYP Coordinator

Role Overview: As an Assistant IB PYP Coordinator at our IB School in Chennai, you will be responsible for supporting the IB PYP program and ensuring its effective implementation. Your role will involve working in an international and multicultural environment, contributing to the leadership and coordination of the PYP curriculum. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in an IB PYP, international, or multicultural context. - Exposure to PYP leadership/coordination such as grade-level leader, subject leader, or curriculum committee member. - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree with PGDIE/CIDTL/B.Ed/M.Ed. - Coordinate with teachers to ensure the successful delivery of the IB PYP curriculum. - Assist in the planning and execution of PYP assessment strategies. - Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. - Support the professional development of staff in relation to the PYP framework. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in an IB PYP, international, or multicultural context. - Exposure to PYP leadership/coordination roles. - Bachelors or Masters degree with PGDIE/CIDTL/B.Ed/M.Ed. - Currently residing in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
