Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support overall HR operations at the plant level, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
Assist in handling
Industrial Relations (IR)
matters, including grievance handling, discipline, union/worker committee coordination, and compliance with labor laws.
Ensure statutory compliance related to
Factories Act, Contract Labour, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity
, etc.
Coordinate with contract labour vendors and maintain proper documentation.
Drive
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
initiatives at the plant level liaising with NGOs, government bodies, and local communities.
Support workforce engagement, welfare activities, and employee satisfaction programs.
Assist Plant HR/HRBP in audits, reporting, and HR MIS.
Support training, skill development, and performance management activities.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA

Good Knowledge of IR & CSR
