Role : Assistant Hub Manager for Rapid commerce
Key Responsibilities
● Overall responsible for the hub operations having 20-25 beauty professionals
● Ensure SLA adherence and timely service delivery
● Track and improve performance metrics (bookings, ratings, adherence)
● Manage inventory, stock audits, and hub operations
Requirements
● 3+ years in operations/team management (service/retail preferred)
● Strong leadership and organizational skills
● Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
● Proactive problem solver
