Blue Staunch Infotech is expanding! We are currently looking for skilled and motivated Medical Coders to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in life sciences and a passion for healthcare data accuracy, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records and documentation for accuracy.
• Assign appropriate diagnostic (ICD-10) and procedural (CPT/HCPCS) codes.
• Ensure coded data is compliant with medical coding guidelines and government regulations.
• Communicate with healthcare providers for clarification of information when needed.
• Prepare and process insurance claims for reimbursement.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records.
• Stay updated with changes in coding rules and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, BPT, Nursing, or any life science background.
• Knowledge of: Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is an added advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
