Urgent Requirement – Female HR Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female HR Manager to join our team.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years
Industry: Manufacturing (Garments manufacturing experience preferred)
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in HR management within a manufacturing setup
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and labor laws
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Garments or textile industry background will be an added advantage
Salary: As per industry standards
Joining: Immediate preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,153.85 - ₹50,841.70 per month
