About the Role

Assistant Manager HR Analytics

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and reports using
Power BI
and other analytics tools.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, engagement, attrition, and productivity.
Support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and headcount reporting.
Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Present findings and insights to senior management in a clear, visual, and strategic manner.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data and reporting.
Continuously improve reporting processes and leverage automation where possible.
Support the HR team with ad hoc data requests, analysis, and KPI tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
2–6 years of experience
in HR analytics, HR reporting, or similar roles.
Proficiency in
Power BI
,
Excel (advanced)
, and HR analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, or similar).
Strong understanding of HR metrics (attrition, headcount, productivity, engagement, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner directly with senior stakeholders.
