About the Role

Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    B2B and B2C sugar sales

    across India (UP & Maharashtra markets).
  • Drive

    institutional sales

    of sugar & ethanol with oil companies (IOCL, BPCL, HPCL) through tenders.
  • Manage

    retail sugar distribution

    and expand presence in modern trade, e-commerce, and HoReCa channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with government, institutional, and private sector buyers.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with government quota, tenders, and pricing regulations.

Required Experience

  • 12–18 years of proven experience in

    sugar sales, ethanol sales, or distillery product sales

    .
  • Strong exposure to

    institutional sales, tenders, and government supply chains

    .
  • Experience in handling

    retail sugar distribution channels

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, client relationship, and team leadership skills
