Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the structural design team to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions for building projects.
• Review and validate structural design calculations, drawings, and models as per IS codes and relevant international standards (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocode).
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure structural integration with overall project requirements.
• Conduct structural feasibility studies, value engineering, and design optimization.
• Manage design schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory codes and compliance for structural design.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and approval authorities as necessary.
• Conduct site visits for design validation and resolving execution-related structural issues.
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals for management and clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of structural design of RCC, steel, and composite structures.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit Structure, etc.
• Solid understanding of IS Codes, NBC, and exposure to international codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Project planning, coordination, and multi-disciplinary collaboration experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in designing high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, industrial structures, or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to BIM-based design workflows.
• Experience working with reputed design consultancy or real estate firms.
