Assistant General Manager Sales Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager - Operations to lead our Nashik office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B & B2C operations, expertise in managing apps & websites, and the ability to lead a team while driving strategic initiatives. The key responsibilities of this role include operational leadership, team management, digital platform management, and strategy & business growth. The Assistant General Manager - Operations will oversee day-to-day operations for B2B & B2C segments, manage logistics, supply chain, and inventory, ensure seamless coordination between online and offline operations, lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team, monitor and enhance the functionality of the company's app & website, work closely with the tech team to implement new features, develop and execute operational strategies, analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies, and implement process improvements. Qualifications & experience required for this role include 4+ years of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, or B2C sectors, proven experience in leading teams and managing multi-functional operations, strong understanding of apps, websites, and digital platforms, expertise in strategic planning and execution, experience in the building materials, plywood, or construction industry, knowledge of ERP, CRM, and analytics tools.
