Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - R&D-UPS located in Noida. Responsibilities include overseeing R&D projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing product development timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The Assistant General Manager will also be involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and providing leadership to the R&D team. Additionally, this role requires regular collaboration with manufacturing units to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

• Experience in R&D project management within the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of UPS systems and Power Electronics
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with global quality and safety standards
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Previous experience in the railway equipment sector is a plus
