Assistant General Manager - Project

Role Overview: As an Assistant General Manager - Project at Sriganapathy Enterprises, you will be responsible for leading a team of site/project engineers and officers to handle all aspects of project execution in the construction/infra industry. Your main responsibility will be to lead a team in handling project execution, including detail engineering, planning, site administration, labour management, and budget control. You will also assist in executing project plans, budgets, programmes, and resource requirements, supervise the execution team to ensure projects are delivered with high quality within specified program and budget, and coordinate all project support activities while developing project staff. Key Responsibilities: - Leading a team to handle all aspects of project execution, including detail engineering, planning, site administration, labour management, and budget control. - Assisting in executing project plans, budgets, programmes, and resource requirements. - Supervising the execution team to ensure that projects are delivered with high quality within the specified program and budget. - Coordinating all project support activities and developing project staff. Qualification Required: - 10-15 years of work experience in Construction/ Infra Companies/ Architects. - Educational Qualifications: B.E / M.E in Civil Engineering.
