Key Responsibilities

Oversee doctor performance and daytoday management across Pristyn Cares hospitals

Buliding strong relationship with doctor community across the national level

Engaging north star doctor to associate with Pristyn Care Hospital

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Category, hoapital MS & Admistration team ,

Design and implement strogn clinical ecosytem for doctors

Freqent visit of doctors and onboarding with Pristyn Care

Extensive travel to differ part of India to meet doctors

Working on framwork to retain doctors with Pristyn Care

Qualifications

MBBS degree Mandatory

10+ years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management.

Strong coordination, analytical, and operational skills.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (National-level coordination)
