Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Assistant General Manager Operations - Solar Projects. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining budgets. Responsibilities include operational oversight of solar projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and productivity while managing staff and customer relations.

• Customer Service and Team Management skills
• Experience with Budgeting
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad & other locations
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Solar Ground Mount projects expereince required
• Expereince 5+ Years
