Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer - Solar Operations, located in Hyderabad. The Field Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, providing technical support and field service, and managing projects related to solar energy operations. Daily tasks include inspecting and maintaining solar installations, ensuring systems meet performance and safety standards, and collaborating with other team members to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Field Service responsibilities in solar industry
• Project Management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
