Job Description

  • Coordinate with all units for various MIS requirements
  • Analyze the MIS of each unit to identify the reasons for variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure standard corporate policies and procedures are implemented across all units
  • Coordinate the Internal & Statutory audit requirements
  • Review and assist in the preparation of Annual Operating Plan for all units
  • Prepare Business Plan and Viability Reports/business case for all capex in units
  • Ensure adherence to approvals as per Group Authority Matrix across all units
  • Conduct periodic visits to SBUs for business improvement, Standardization of Chart of Accounts & business KPIs
  • Cash flow preparation, forecasting and assist in the finalization of monthly financial statements
  • Inventory Management, Fixed Assets Register, adherence to approved budget, business case monitoring & reporting for all capex
  • Internal & external Projects-financial plan & funding

Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned by the management
