Role Summary

The IT Infrastructure Lead will oversee and strategically manage enterprise-wide infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance, availability, scalability, and security across all CPL locations. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep experience in infrastructure architecture, governance, policy enforcement, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Leadership & Uptime

• Lead and manage all infrastructure-related activities across CPL facilities, ensuring seamless interconnectivity and resilience.
• Guarantee high availability and performance of networks, servers, and business-critical services (e.g., email, antivirus, backup, security).

• Server & Network Management

• Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of servers across designated sites.
• Execute infrastructure projects with a focus on performance optimization and robust network architecture.

• Data Protection & Disaster Recovery

• Implement enterprise-grade server backup protocols aligned with internal IT policies and regulatory standards.
• Design and monitor disaster recovery plans to safeguard corporate assets and ensure business continuity.

• IT Planning & Project Execution

• Evaluate and implement new infrastructure initiatives enhancing internet connectivity, data availability, and security posture.
• Manage vendor engagement and procurement cycles related to infrastructure upgrades.

• Technical Support & Stakeholder Servicing

• Act as a subject matter expert providing advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance to engineering teams and end-users.
• Deliver personalized support across executive offices and residential setups (e.g., Directors, CMDs residence, international mobile office support).

• Firewall & Security Operations

• Monitor and analyze firewall logs to identify network anomalies, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and generate audit-ready reports.
• Track bandwidth utilization, content access logs, and user activity to preempt threats and optimize performance.

• Governance & Policy Development

• Create and institutionalize IT infrastructure support policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
• Manage IT asset lifecycles, budget planning, and capital expenditure forecasting for infrastructure needs.

• Business Alignment & IT Strategy

• Translate business requirements into scalable IT infrastructure solutions, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic IT enablement.
