Assistant General Manager for School

We are looking for Assistant General Managers to work for our Educational Institutions in Hyderabad. Below are the major roles & responsibilities. Interested candidates can forward their resumes.

The post majorly involves with the below responsibilities:

1. Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operations and reliability of facilities and general infrastructure systems.

2. Supervises administrative services skilled and technical/support staff.

3. Develops, recommends, and administers policies, procedures, and processes in support of grounds and building maintenance operations; implements and monitors in compliance with approved policies, procedures and processes by the Management.

4. Trouble-shoots and responds to after-hour issues as needed regarding the operational aspects of the facilities such as electrical outages, water leaks, fire alarm malfunctions etc.

5. Monitors the safety and accessibility of the Schools and its facilities. Serves as the point of contact for the department compliance issues, accessibility improvement projects, and/or other code related issues.

6. Updates and maintains list of facilities equipment, including life-cycle and replacement costs.

7. Analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, projecting consequences of proposed actions and making recommendations in support of goals.

8. Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance processes and programs.

9. Should be able to define budget, get different quotations and supervise Civil works across all branches.

In all, ensure all the maintenance services are delivered in line to the management approved systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
