Transport Manager for Educational Institutions

Major role & responsibilities of

1. Manage, direct and monitor Admin facilities and transport operations.

2. Responsible for Inventory Management

3. Responsible for the cost control as per the budget with limited resources available

4. Should be aware of & comply with all the regulatory rules, insurances, licenses, and fitness of the vehicles

5. Management of School vehicles, drivers and sub staff

6. Develop and monitor the Transport department operations and capital expense

budgets

7. Periodically Inspect the vehicles, equipment, and facilities to ensure that they are

safe, free of defects, and consistent with specifications

8. Keeping track of fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance

9. Understanding the core issues

10. Develop and be conversant with bus routes, and schedule vehicles and drivers accordingly

11. Responsible for attending parent queries and replying to their mails

12. Provides supervision to the team, assign appropriate work and fulfil the demands

of administrators.

13. Manage vendors and contacts with internal and external clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
